REFUND POLICY
At Canna Mist, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer flexible returns, refunds, and exchanges under the following terms.

Items must be returned in their original packaging and include proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email).

All items are eligible for return/refund — there are no excluded products.

Store credit for future purchases.

In cases where products are used, opened, or returned damaged, we may issue a partial refund at our discretion.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
3. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed for any product.

Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of sending the item back.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will ship the replacement item.

We can arrange a courier collection on your behalf, or you may use your own courier. If you arrange your own return, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for proof of delivery.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us immediately.

We may request photos to help assess the issue (e.g., damaged goods, wrong product).

Replacements or refunds in these cases will be handled at our discretion after inspection.
6. Non-Delivery & Courier Issues

If a package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, we will first contact the courier company to investigate.

If it is determined that the item was not delivered to you, we will issue a refund or replacement.
7. Pre-Orders

Pre-orders can be cancelled and refunded before shipment.
