We currently ship to all provinces within South Africa. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Overnight Shipping: Next-day delivery (subject to cut-off times)
Flat Rate: R100 per order
Free Shipping: Orders over R1000 qualify for free standard shipping.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
3. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (weekdays only).

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
4. Pre-Orders

Pre-order items usually ship within 1 week of purchase but may take up to 2 weeks depending on availability. You will be notified when your pre-order has been dispatched.
5. Delivery Responsibility

We partner with trusted courier services to deliver your order. Once handed over to the courier:

Responsibility lies with the courier for delays, loss, or damage.

However, Canna Mist will assist you in resolving such cases and may, at our discretion, provide a replacement.
